Ken Beitel

CEO and Founder

Ken's background spans technology, education, and workforce innovation. He spent seven years supporting the U.S. Air Force in developing learning management systems and interactive classroom tools for aircrew training, and is the recipient of an international digital media award for a student-focused national parks education program. Based in Boulder, Colorado, Ken enjoys mountain trails and leads one of the largest hiking clubs in the state.

Bresee Carlson

Bresee Carlson

Legal & Energy Advisor

Bresee is a partner at a Texas-based energy law firm and an adjunct professor at Western Colorado University. She sits on the board of Energy Strong, and is actively engaged in the DAPL, WAPL, and RMMLF. In her spare time Bresee volunteers with the Rocky Mountain Children’s Law Center providing guardian ad litem services for protection order proceedings or works on her unfortunately high golf handicap.

With 15+ years of mining industry experience, Peyton leads partnerships for Career Invites, helping industry leaders share valuable work-based learning opportunities with students nationwide. Peyton is a member of the Society for Mining, Metallurgy & Exploration (SME), the Denver Mining Club, and the American Institute of Professional Geologists (AIPG).

Geoff is an advisor to Career Invites and the former Chair of the Eagle County Climate Action Collaborative. He also serves as a Council Member in the Town of Eagle and as a Board Director with the Northwest Colorado Council of Governments. Geoff holds a BS in Finance from the Carlson School of Management.
